Beth’s Social Support Agency was established in 2009 to provide home help and social support to Older people in Shrewsbury and the surrounding villages.
Our primary aim is to provide a Bespoke service to Older people to enable them to remain living in their own home.
Secondary to this we hope to alleviate the burden sometimes placed on family members to meet the needs of their loved ones giving them more relaxing, enjoyable, quality time together.
We recognise that everyone needs to retain a sense of independence and freedom for their own self-respect, confidence and dignity.
We are committed to providing a high quality and reliable service tailored to meet the needs of each individual we support.
Our staff are mature, kind, courteous and caring individuals who share the company values and ethos.
We pride ourselves on sending the same support worker to each client so they can build a therapeutic and valuable working relationship.
It also means the support worker is able to identify any possible concerns about the health and well being of the client sooner rather than later.
Our support workers do not wear a uniform. We have a weekly staff meeting to ensure excellent communication and support within the team
Staff are fully DBS checked and trained in Safeguarding Adults, Lone Working, Food Health and Hygiene and General Data Protection regulations.
We were Accredited by Shropshire Council in 2012- this means we provide a service and have contracts with Shropshire Council as well as our private clients.
